Sales Terms
Return Policy: All returns with prior authorization only. Adam Wilcox Motorsport products are warranted to be free from defects - however, on the remote chance that you should receive a defective product, simply call us within 5 working days of receiving the defective product and return the item(s) for a replacement. All merchandise must be returned in mint condition within 30 days we receive your payment in order to receive a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective returned goods.

Backorders: Although we regularly stock all items, we will immediately notify you at the email address you provide if any of the items you have ordered are currently unavailable. You will have the option of waiting for the item to be stocked, or we will immediately credit back your account at that time.

Payment and Shipping terms
Domestic Orders: You have your choice of UPS or Royal mail. Shipping costs will be calculated and listed on the invoice we will email to you and are NOT included in price.

Foreign orders (Outside the UK): Upon receiving your order we will email you with your shipping costs which you will be required to pay via Bank transfer prior to us shipping your order. Shipping costs are NOT included in your initial payment. if you decide that the shipping costs are not acceptable to you, you may cancel the order at that time and we will credit-back your account.

Handling charges: There is a £1.50 handling charge included in each order with 1-4 items, £2.50 for 4-10 items, 11 items and over there is no handling charge.

Privacy Policy:
Very straightforward and simple. We will never give away or sell your information to anyone. We value your privacy. We will also never send you any kind of email unless it pertains to your order.
