As from the 1st of July 2007 It is ILLEGAL to smoke in our courtesy cars.

Who is responsible for damage to courtesy cars provided?
You are, your own car insurance policy will cover any damage to the courtesy car, but you are responsible for any excess payments (inc. windscreens, wheels and tires etc).

Is there any charge for the courtesy car?
No. However, if you return the car in a dirty condition, a valet charge will be made which will be payable before your own car is released to you. If you do not return the car within 24 hours of being notified that your own car is repaired and ready for collection, a charge will be made at the current car hire rental rate.

Am I responsible for servicing the courtesy car?
No. The vehicle will have been subject to a pre-delivery inspection, but please treat it as you would your own car, we recommend that you check oil, water, lights and tires daily.

Can I use the courtesy car for holidays, courses or extended travel?
No, not unless it is agreed at the time that you take possession of the vehicle.

What do I do if my courtesy car breaks down?
All of our courtesy cars are covered by breakdown, if any time you need assistance you should call, Peugeot Assistance on 0800 838913, Vauxhall Assistance on 0800 553388 or
08800 246820 for Nissan vehicles.

Who can drive the courtesy car?
Any person named on your Insurance Policy providing they hold a full current driving licence.

What type of fuel should I use, and is a refund made for unused fuel?
All of our courtesy cars use UNLEADED fuel unless otherwise stated. The courtesy car will come with a certain amount of fuel. We ask that the courtesy car is returned with the same amount. No charge or refund is made in respect of fuel.

What kind of car should I expect?
Currently our vehicle stock for loan and courtesy cars are the fabulous new Peugeot 207, all of which are less than 12 months old and incorporate our corporate identity red, yellow, blue and white.

Who provides the courtesy car?
A.Wilcox Motor Bodies Limited pay for, maintain and provide a courtesy car for you, not your insurance company, so please treat them as you would your own vehicle.
